Starting and debugging of roof fan

Starting and debugging of roof fan
1. The fan allows full-voltage starting or step-down starting, but it should be noted that the current at full-voltage starting is 5~7 times of rated current, and the step-down starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. When the grid capacity is insufficient, it should be used. Buck start. (When the power is greater than 11KW, it is recommended to use a step-down start).
2. The number of people in the test is not less than two. One person controls the power supply. One person observes the operation of the fan and immediately detects the abnormal phenomenon. First check whether the rotation direction is correct. During the fan process, check whether the running current of each phase is balanced. Exceeding the rated current; if there is any abnormality, stop the inspection. After five minutes of operation, check whether the fan is abnormal or not, and confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon and then start up.
3. When testing the two-speed fan, start the low speed first and check whether the rotation direction is correct. When starting the high speed, it must wait for the fan to stand still and then restart to prevent the high speed reverse rotation, causing the switch to trip and the motor to be damaged.
4. When the fan reaches the normal speed, it should check whether the input power of each phase of the fan is normal. The running current of the fan cannot exceed its rated current. If the running current exceeds its rated current, check whether the voltage supplied to the fan is normal.
5. For centrifugal fan and wind chassis, the required motor power refers to the power required for the mechanical condition and the required reserve in the case of the undetermined working condition, not the power required when the air outlet is fully opened, such as the air outlet of the fan. If the pipe is connected or the air is not applied with external resistance, the motor may be burnt. For safety reasons, the valve should be added to the air outlet or inlet pipe of the fan. When the fan is started, the valve is slowly opened. Until the specified conditions are met, and pay attention to whether the fan current exceeds the specified value.
